Additionally, when using the platform, you may voluntarily input location and treatment preferences to refine search results. This data is not stored or tracked beyond your session.

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Facilitate bed reservations at treatment facilities.
• Provide confirmation details for your reservation.
• Enable the facility to contact you for further pre-screening and admission procedures.

RehabApp does not:

• Retain user information after the reservation is complete.

• Use cookies or tracking mechanisms to store personal data.

4. Data Security

RehabApp employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission. However, once your information is shared with the treatment facility, it falls under their privacy policies and security practices.

RehabApp is not responsible for how facilities manage or protect user data after a reservation is made.

Camera Access Our app requests access to your device’s camera to allow features such as uploading photos or scanning insurance cards. This data is used only for your reservation and is shared only with the rehab facility you are reserving a bed at. It is not stored beyond the duration of your reservation and is never shared with third parties unrelated to your care.

5. Third-Party Links & External Services

RehabApp may provide links to third-party treatment centers, each with its own privacy practices. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of individual facilities before providing additional personal information.

6. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

• Refrain from using the platform if you do not wish to share your information.
